Hey guys, I'm so sorry I haven't been consistent with my posting but I have been so incredibly busy with exams at the moment. I thought I would do a easy but sentimental post today. These are some tips I've read or I know from my own experiences of ways to make you happier and a better person.

Tip number 1: Make keeping up with your friends a priority.

Tip number 2: Always remember your physical health has a massive impact on your mental health.

Tip number 3: happiness doesn’t mean having everything you want and being problem-free all the time.

Tip number 4: Start your day by reminding yourself one positive thing about your life.

Tip number 5: Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!

Tip number 6: smile more, worry less.

Tip number 7: Get more sleep!!

Tip number 8: Plan a trip even if you are not going, it gets you excited for life.

Tip number 9: Owning less is better than organising more!

Tip number 10: Drink more water!
